Shipping & Returns
All carriage is automatically calculated and you will see the total cost before committing to buy. When we ship your order, we'll drop you a line to let you know it's on its way. A signature will be required upon delivery so that we know your apron has arrived safe and sound.
Postage within the UK will be provided by either Royal Mail special delivery or DHL (these are our usual and preferred shipping partners, however other couriers may be used).
Postage to Europe and Rest of the World will be provided by DHL International Services (this is our usual shipping partner, however other couriers may be used).
This a fully tracked and very fast service. You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped.
*On occasion, orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On such occasions we will contact you directly regarding this.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
We charge a flat, competitive rate depending on where you are:
UK - £7.95 Ireland – £8.95 Europe – £14.95
Rest of World inc USA – £24.95
Estimated delivery times
UK customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.
Irish customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.
European customers - Orders should be with you within 2 – 7 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within 3 - 11 working days after dispatch.
Often our aprons are made to order so sometimes during peak busy times they can take a few days longer. If this situation occurs we will inform you via email and do our best to deliver as soon as we possibly can.
We really hope you love your order but, if for some reason you need to return the order, we have set out our returns policy below.
If you want to return an order you must contact us in writing (email preferred) within 30 calendar days after the order has been placed.
All returned goods must be received by us in the same condition in which you received them. Goods must be unused, with all tags still attached. In the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

Please include your name and order number and mark returned packages as "RETURNED GOODS". This helps us avoid unnecessary custom charges and speeds up the returns process. If you fail to do this, we reserve the right to deduct any custom charges or related fees from your refund.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.
We do not refund items that were purchased during Sales unfortunately.
